Ordering Information:
Your online order is 100% secure. We accept payment through Mastercard, Visa, Check, or Money Order.-
Paying by Check or Money Order: If you choose to pay with a check or money order, please e-mail me at info@sorellabridaljewelry.com Please include Item #, your name, address & phone number. The order will not be shipped until the check has cleared. Returned checks will are subject to a $25 fee.
Sales Tax: Orders to Connecticut residents will be charged 6% sales tax. There is no sales tax added to shipments outside of Connecticut. You will receive a confirmation email with all orders.

We offer FREE ground shipping in the United States for orders over $200. Orders are sent USPS standard shipping. All pieces are hand-made to your specifications. Please allow 3 weeks time between placing order & receiving the jewelry. We automatically insure all of our items.Expedited shipping:

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase (excluding custom designs), you may return it to us within 14 days for a full refund. PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST NOTIFY US AND GET A CONFIRMATION FROM US IF YOU ARE RETURNING AN ITEM. No custom designs can be returned or refunded. A custom design is a piece that has been designed only for you and was not a duplication of any designs on this website.
Please return the order via UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS. You are responsible to have the item insured when returning it. We do not cover the cost of the return shipping and insurance, unless the return is a result of our error. The item must be returned to us in its original packaging. Please also include a copy of the receipt. If you paid by credit card, we will issue a credit. If you paid by check or money order, we will issue a check.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ON ANY CUSTOM DESIGN ORDERS.
Repairs:

Repairs on items within 30 days of receipt: If any item purchased from Sorella Bridal Jewelry should break within 30 days, we will repair the item at no charge. Please return the item with all original parts. If all the original parts are not returned, you will be charged for replacement parts. Please be sure to insure the item when shipping back to us. You will be responsible for shipping and insurance charges. Sorella Bridal Jewelry is not responsible for items that have not been insured when shipping. PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST NOTIFY US AND GET A CONFIRMATION FROM US IF YOU ARE RETURNING AN ITEM.
